A ladder-lift truck, or 사다리차, is an access option that requires an assessment of the property. It is not automatically necessary for every high floor, nor automatically usable wherever an elevator is small.
Give the provider the relevant information
Share the floor, furniture dimensions, window or balcony access and photographs of the building exterior. Point out trees, overhead obstacles and the space around the proposed truck position. Ask the responsible building contact whether the operation is permitted.
Let the provider determine equipment suitability. Do not choose a vehicle or lifting method solely from a photograph or a neighbor's previous move.
Confirm who coordinates the work
Ask whether equipment is included in the proposal, who books it, and what happens if the planned setup cannot be used. If different businesses are involved, establish one contact for timing so the moving crew and equipment do not arrive with conflicting instructions.
Keep people away from the operating area and follow the crew's directions. Do not lean out or attempt to guide suspended furniture yourself.
Can I replace a lift-truck plan with stairs on the day?
Only after the provider assesses the alternative and confirms the revised work scope.
Does the same equipment arrangement cover both homes?
Ask separately about departure and destination. The access needs and permissions may differ.
