Salgu offers consultations in English. Before booking any move, confirm who will handle your messages, who will be present on moving day, and how changes will be communicated. An English consultation does not automatically mean every crew member speaks English.
Ask about three separate stages
The first stage is the estimate: describe your furniture, boxes, addresses and access conditions. The second is booking: request a written summary of the agreed work. The third is execution: know whom to contact if the truck cannot park or an item does not fit.
Ask whether the same contact can coordinate with the crew. If not, save the moving-day contact and agree on a way to share photos. A translated sentence is useful, but a labelled photograph of the entrance often resolves ambiguity faster.
A message you can send
“Hello, I would like an English consultation for a domestic move in Korea. My preferred date is [date]. I am moving from [district] to [district]. I have [inventory]. Both buildings have [access details]. Please confirm packing, carrying, assembly and moving-day communication.”
Keep personal documents and door codes out of an initial general enquiry. Share necessary access details privately after arranging the job.
Can I book before knowing my final box count?
Ask for a provisional estimate and a deadline for updating the inventory. Confirm whether a changed load requires a revised quote.
Does English support include utility or immigration paperwork?
Do not assume so. Moving coordination and administrative assistance are different services; ask about each separately.
